Stage 1 · Assessment
Dissolved oxygen, flows, loadings, depth.
Four services for wastewater operators, quoted after a site assessment.
Aeration gets specified from a catalogue far too often. We measure dissolved oxygen, look at the real flows and loadings, and size equipment to those numbers — including telling you when the unit you asked for is larger than the basin needs.
Dissolved oxygen, flows, loadings, depth.
Equipment matched to the measurements.
Delivered with installation support.
Readings taken after commissioning.
Depth profile and accumulated volume.
Dosing and aeration plan set out.
Progress measured, not assumed.
Honest result, including where it plateaus.
Sludge accumulation quietly removes the capacity a lagoon was designed around. Biological reduction programmes can recover a good part of it at a fraction of the cost of dredging, and we are straightforward about the cases where dredging is genuinely the answer instead.
Odour complaints are what turn a technical problem into a political one. Most of it traces back to anaerobic conditions and poor surface mixing, so that is where we start rather than with a masking agent that buys a fortnight.
Where the anaerobic zones actually are.
Mixing and aeration before masking.
Equipment positioned deliberately.
Checked after a full cycle.
What is installed and how old it is.
Inspection intervals that suit the duty.
Wear parts replaced before failure.
Documented for your compliance file.
Aeration equipment runs continuously in a hostile environment, and the failures are predictable: bearings, diffusers, blowers, membranes. Scheduled inspection catches those while they are parts rather than emergencies, and we keep the common ones available.
